It is made from tough thermoplastic rubber to hold its shape. It uses standard 3˝ x 21˝ sanding belts which are readily available. The SandDevil has a tensioning device to keep the abrasive belt in tension and flat. As the belt wears it can be easily rotated and then changed when spent. The SandDevil can be used for wet or dry sanding. In addition to flat sanding, the ends are shaped to sand into tight corners and curved surfaces. Size is 3˝ x 10˝ and comes with #120 grit belt.
