You simply finish your project the way you normally would, let the finish cure and then buff. Buffing is fast, simple, and above all does an amazing job. Buffing an oil finish keeps all the advantages of an oil finish but adds the benefit of high gloss and an ultra smooth feel. The Oneway Buffing system out performs the competition because the cloth is cut from a long strip of cloth cut on the bias. This long strip is then wrapped and mounted on the arbor. The end result is that each long thread is bound to the central hub. With this system, threads are not flung from the buffer and the unique puckered face gives a better buff. The kit comes with a firm, a medium and a soft buffing wheel. Included are two buffing compounds and hard finishing wax. There is also an arbor that fits a 3/8" drill chuck, so you can use the buffer on either your lathe or your drill press.
