Two are permanent and unthreaded at 7/16˝ and 1/2˝ diameters, and two are threaded to accept 1/4˝. 5/16˝ and 3/8˝ bushings (included). The jig will self center on material thickness of 1/2˝ to 2-1/4˝. Offset dowels can easily be aligned by using a shim on one side of the jig. Our Self Centering Jig is machined from anodized aluminum extrusions. The center block is cold rolled, case hardened steel with black oxide coating. This is the easiest and most accurate dowel jig for edge gluing.
