The new model A20 Gifkins Dovetail Jig is now made from aluminum, making it that much sturdier and even more reliable. It also comes standard with a second sliding stop, a great extra tool for those into boxmaking. The template specifications remain the same, producing those tight and clean joints that have become synonymous with the Gifkins Dovetail Jig. The Standard Package contains all you need to cut perfect dovetails or finger joints once you have a router mounted in a table and 1 or 2 clamps.
All other dovetail jigs use the router by hand. With this jig, the router is held securely in the table. This gives the user much greater control, resulting in more accurate joints as well as greater safety. Standard A20 for material up to 13 mm thick and 305 mm wide, pin size is 11 mm and pin spacing is 28 mm.
